HT-50 LW11是一款无毒、高遮盖白色喷墨打印字符油墨。此产品主要针对喷墨打印在半固化和全固化阻焊油墨表面，可使用UV-LED光源固化。产品特点：

HT-50 LW11 is a non-toxic, high covered white ink jet printing character ink. This product is mainly for inkjet printing on semi curing and full curing solder resist surface. It can be solidified by UV-LED light source. Product features:

高遮盖白墨耐黄变；

High shade of white ink resistant to yellowing;

打印流畅性好，对喷头稳定性好；

Good printing fluency and good stability to the nozzle; 

使用UV-LED（395nm）灯快速固化；

Fast curing with UV-LED (395nm) lamp;

不含卤素；

No halogen;

不含挥发性有机物；

No VOCs;

具有耐酸碱、耐溶剂、高硬度、耐热性等特性。

It has the characteristics of acid and alkali resistance, solvent resistance, high hardness and heat resistance.

2.油墨特性(Ink characteristics)

     颜色：亮白色。

Color: bright white.

粘度：打印粘度11-14 mPa·s。

Viscosity: printing viscosity 11-14 mPa·s.

储存条件：冷藏储存3个月。

Storage conditions: refrigerated storage for 3 months.

3.打印条件(Printing condition):

适用喷头：KonicaMinolta1024及 1024i系列喷头。

Applicable sprinklers: Konica Minolta 1024 and 1024i series sprinklers.

使用UV：395nmUV-LED。

Use UV: 395nm UV-LED.

打印粘度：11-14mPa·s。

Print viscosity: 11-14mPa·s.

打印喷头温度：范围在40-46℃之间。

Print head temperature: range between 40-46 ℃.

打印模式：可用于二元和灰度打印，单程与多程打印。

Printing mode: it can be used for two yuan and grayscale printing, one way and multi pass printing.

注意事项：具体打印参数取决于选择基材与分辨率等因素。

Note: the specific printing parameters depend on the choice of substrate and resolution.

4.固化条件(Curing condition):

光固化：LW10A打印字符油墨可以使用UV-LED或者汞灯进行光固化：使用的UV-LED灯在395nm下进行固化。2.8W/cm²的395nmUV-LED灯单程10m/min速度进行刮20μm墨层。

UV curing: LW10A printing character ink can be cured by UV-LED or mercury lamp: the UV-LED lamp is solidified under 395nm. 2.8 W/cm² 395nm UV-LED lamp one-way 10m/min speed to scrape 20 μm ink layer.

热固化：150℃*30-60分钟。

Heat curing: 150 ℃ *30-60 minutes.

5.检测项目(Test Items）：

附着力测试：根据ISO2409采用割10*10百格+胶带进行测试。

Adhesion test: according to the ISO2409, 10*10 .

硬度测试：根据ASTM D3363-05标准进行测试。

Hardness test: according to the ASTM D3363-05 standard.

耐酸碱测试：10VOL.%硫酸：10WT.%氢氧化钠；室温30min胶带测试，无掉漆。

Acid and alkali resistance test: 10VOL.% H₂SO₄（aq）, 10WT.% NaOH(aq); room temperature 30min tape test, no paint.

耐溶剂测试：PGMA（丙二醇甲醚乙酸酯）；室温30min胶带测试，无掉漆。

Solvent resistance test: PGMA (propylene glycol methyl ether acetate); room temperature 30min tape test, no paint.

耐焊锡性测试：锡焊温度280℃/10s免洗型助焊剂循环3次,外观无起泡现象。

Solder resistance test: tin solder temperature 280 ℃ /10s free solder circulation 3 times, the appearance of no bubble phenomenon.

耐黄变性测试：回流焊270℃/60s循环3次，不黄变。

Yellowing resistance test: reflow 270 times /60s cycle 3 times, no yellowing.

* 附着力受基板表面和光洁度影响。

* Adhesion is influenced by surface and smoothness of the substrate.
